“I have been working with Optima and they have been extremely helpful and while the resolution of my case is still pending, what I mean by helpful is the customer service has been phenomenal. My case is now with team 225 and every time I call them, each person I speak with is knowledgeable and so helpful and friendly. I ask a lot of questions and each person will sit on the phone with me for 30 minutes at a time without acting like I'm bothering them for holding them on the phone for so long.
